Values of -1 mean "no data", due to no ratings

For the aggregate results, "peers" are defined as entries with the same type ("compo" or
"jam"), and the same available ratings. For example, if an entry is only missing an
"Audio" rating, its peers are all entries only missing "Audio".
For individual categories, "peers" are defined as entries with the same type ("compo" or
"jam"), that are rated for that category.
